Interfraternity Council (IFC): The Interfraternity Council governs 11 men's social fraternities at Wake Forest University, with a focus on promoting harmony among fraternities and supporting the growth and educational efforts of its member chapters. These fraternities commit to the personal growth, academic success, leadership development, and community/philnathropic service of their members. *Currently undergoing expansion*

United Greek Council: The United Greek Council represents 3 culturally based organizations. These organizations champion values such as cultural appreciation, academic excellence, diversity, community engagement, leadership, and lifelong brotherhood and sisterhood.

College Panhellenic Council: The College Panhellenic Council consists of 8 Panhellenic Sororities dedicated to fostering women's development through nurturing relationships, leadership opportunities, academic excellence, and philanthropic activities. This council aims to enrich the collegiate experience for its members.

National Pan-Hellenic Council: The National Pan-Hellenic Council at Wake Forest University is home to 7 historically Black Greek Lettered Fraternities and Sororities. These organizations focus on the values of cultural appreciation, academic excellence, diversity, community engagement, leadership, and life-long brotherhood/sisterhood.
